Introduction
A one-day workshop titled AI for Education was led by experienced engineer and educator Sagun Dhungana, aimed to equip education leaders with a foundational understanding of Generative AI and its potential applications across educational institutions. The workshop was hosted by नेपाल राष्ट्रिय शिक्षक सङगठन.

Workshop Highlights
The curriculum for the intensive sessions was created to be both theoretical and practical, covering:
- Demystifying Google Gemini: Participants explored the Gemini’s special features, learning how its multimodal nature (processing text, images, and code) sets it apart as a top tool for contemporary education. .
- The AI-Powered Classroom: We moved beyond theory to practice, demonstrating how AI can assist in: Personalized Learning, Academic framework, Administrative Efficiency, Ethical AI in Schools and Interactive Exploration.
Key Outcomes
By the end of the session, our education leaders walked away with:
- A working knowledge of how to navigate Google Gemini and other AI tools.
- A roadmap for integrating AI into their respective school curriculum and administrative workflows.
