We are excited to announce the successful completion of an intensive training program onArtificial Intelligence (AI) in Education, ICT, and Student Coding that took place from April 17 to May 7, 2026. This initiative reached deep into the heart of the Himalayas, at an average altitude of over 3,000 meters above sea level, to empower the educators of various schools of Jagadulla Rural Municipality, Dolpa. This change was made possible by the extraordinary dedication of the teachers and students from: Mahadev Basic School, Bhagawoti Madhyamik Vidhayala, Tripura Madhyamik Vidhayala.
Program Highlights
We moved beyond basic computer literacy to focus on:
AI-Assisted Pedagogy: Teaching educators how to build curricula and provide individualized student assistance using Google Gemini.
Experience AI : We used the Experience AI curriculum, developed by Google DeepMind and the Raspberry Pi Foundation, to demystify how AI operates, to make sure that educators understand ethics and reasoning behind the machines.
ICT Infrastructure: Including information and communication technology into the regular academic process to close the digital gap.
Future-Ready Coding: Equipping students with the logical and technical foundations of programming to compete in a tech-driven global economy using Code Club.
